• Consultation fee payment is required at the time of booking for one-hour consultations. Booking can be completed through the Online Scheduling page
  • Your consultation fee will be applied towards legal services if Sekhon Law, PLLC is hired for legal services within five business days of the consultation.
  • If you are late, your consultation will not be extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your consultation may need to be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling must occur a minimum of one (1) business day before the scheduled consultation.
  • If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation and do not provide requisite notice to cancel/reschedule, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. If you fail to attend rescheduled consultation, consultation fee will be applied towards attorney time and consultation preparation. No refund will be issued.
